Cancellation depends on where you book

Payment
Payment and prepayment conditions depend on the channel and rate, and public listings disagree on accepted methods. Check your booking conditions, or ask us before you arrive.
Taxes
According to the Hostelworld listing, taxes are included for foreigners with a tourist permit; VAT is not included for Colombian residents.
