What happens
Cali is the self-declared salsa capital of the world, and La Palmera has a dedicated room for it — mirrors, fans, and a mural so big it practically dances by itself.
Classes start from the basic step: one-two-three, pause, five-six-seven, pause. You'll rotate partners, laugh at yourself, and slowly realise your feet are listening to the music.
Nobody needs to arrive knowing how to dance. Most of our guests didn't. Plenty of them leave heading straight for La Topa Tolondra.
